General Guidelines
Make sure that all the required fields are filled out accordingly.

Tee times may not be made any sooner than 7 days in advance.

Foursomes are preferred before 11 a.m. on Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays. If you book a group that is less than four people, we reserve the right to pair you up with another group to facilitate a better pace of play.

Reservations for more than four people made online will NOT be accepted. Please call the golf shop to make a reservation for more than four people.

Acceptable Credit Cards
We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Debit cards to reserve your tee time.

Confirmations of your Tee Time
Reservations accepted by Springfield Piper Glen Golf Club will receive an email confirmation. It is crucial that you fill out a valid email address for the purpose of your online booking.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled tee time. No-shows will be billed for greens fees on their credit card if prior notification was not received.  All modifications and/or cancellations must be made by calling the golf shop at (217) 483-6537 or Toll-Free 1 (877) 635-7326.

Special Information and Needs
Please make note of any special needs or information in the "Notes" section of your reservation (i.e. rental clubs needed, Illiana member status, etc.).

Outing Days
On days with outings in the afternoon, we will have early morning tee times going off both #1 and #10 tees.  The last tee times on these mornings will be approximately five (5) hours prior to the start of the outing.

Springfield Piper Glen Golf Club reserves the right to reject any tee time that does not fulfill these requirements.
